The Descendants of Zebulon and Mollie Earle York

Zebulon York, Sr. was born on January 18, 1863 to the marriage of Sylvester York and Sophia E. Peniston.  On January 17, 1889, he married Mollie Earle who was born on January 16, 1871.  Mollie was the daughter of Henry T. and Sarah Blankenship Earle of Franklin Parish.

Zebulon York, Sr. died on December 22, 1945 and Mollie Earle York died on March 12, 1947.  Both are buried in the Old Pine Hill Cemetery in Sicily Island.  (Editor's note:  tombstone photographs are courtesy of Karen Klemm Pinckard at FindAGrave.com)

Horace P., 1897-? (m. Lillie Maude Holloway, 1900-1976)
William S., 1900-1967 (m. Ayleen Rhodes, 1903-1983)

Zebulon York, Jr. was born on May 11, 1892.  He married Henry Brown who was born on December 28, 1894.

Jessie Gilbert, Sr. was born on October 22, 1903.  He married Edna Latham who was born circa 1906.  They had one son, Jessie Gilbert York, Jr. who was born in 1928.
